Statement Regarding Recent False AI-Generated Content Appearing Online

Shun Tak Holdings Limited has been made aware of false and misleading AI-generated content circulating online, falsely portraying our top executive in connection with investment schemes.

We wish to clarify that Shun Tak Holdings Limited does not engage in public investment solicitations of any kind. Any such claims are entirely fraudulent and should be disregarded.

We urge the public to remain vigilant and refer only to official company channels for accurate information.
