Shun Tak Group recently participated in the “How to Enhance the Quality of Property and Facility Management – Innovation, Technology and Care” forum organized by the Hong Kong Property and Facility Management Association of the Greater Bay Area. At the event, the Group shared its extensive experience in property and facility management in Hong Kong and Macao, showcasing how these efforts contribute to building harmonious and sustainable communities.

Located in Hong Kong’s central business district, Shun Tak Centre, serving as the Group’s headquarters and an iconic city landmark, is committed to advancing equipment upgrades and green supply chain initiatives. These upgrades include the construction of skylights to maximize natural lighting, the installation of energy-efficient facilities, and high-performance air filtration systems. These efforts have significantly improved energy efficiency while reducing pollution and carbon emissions, contributing to environmental protection. Moreover, the Group collaborates with the government, social organizations, and tenants to promote recycling, fostering a high-quality community development environment. The Group has also redesigned the uniforms of frontline staff in its property management division to enhance both comfort and safety.

In Macao, the Group has achieved remarkable results in its sustainable development projects. Co-developed with Hongkong Land Holdings Limited, One Central is the first property in Macao Peninsula that brings together elements of high-end retail, hotel, residences, and serviced apartment. The project has earned the WELL Building Standard™ Core V2 Platinum Certification and is also pursuing the BEAM Plus Interiors V2.0 Platinum Certification and the EDGE (Retail) Advanced Certification. At the same time, One Central actively supports youth development through the Group’s flagship community investment program “T+ Exploration” within the Greater Bay Area, fostering regional exchanges among young people in Hong Kong and Macao.

Nova Mall is the first large-scale lifestyle shopping mall in Macao that caters to the local community. Using advanced data collection systems, Nova Mall accurately enhances energy efficiency and strengthens climate resilience to address the challenges of climate change. The mall also supports community partners in promoting healthy lifestyles, contributing to overall community development, and enhancing the well-being of residents.

Looking ahead, the Group will continue to uphold its development philosophy of green, innovation, and care, continuously improving service quality, creating high-quality and sustainable living communities in more regions, and contributing greater strength to the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
