Shun Tak Group recently participated in the “How to Enhance the Quality of Property and Facility Management – Innovation, Technology and Care” forum organized by the Hong Kong Property and Facility Management Association of the Greater Bay Area. The project has earned the WELL Building Standard™ Core V2 Platinum Certification and is also pursuing the BEAM Plus Interiors V2.0 Platinum Certification and the EDGE (Retail) Advanced Certification. At the same time, One Central actively supports youth development through the Group’s flagship community investment program “T+ Exploration” within the Greater Bay Area, fostering regional exchanges among young people in Hong Kong and Macao.
