To nurture more young talents aspiring to join the cultural tourism industry, Shun Tak Group launched the “T+ Exploration” strategic initiative in 2024. Leveraging the Group’s extensive “Tourism+” business portfolio, the program aims to help students expand their industry knowledge and seize emerging development opportunities.
This April, “T+ Exploration” successfully expanded its reach from Macao to Hengqin in Zhuhai, embarking on a cross-border learning journey with student leaders from the TWGHs Chen Zao Men College deep into the Guangdong-Hong Kong- Macao Greater Bay Area (“GBA”). The group of youth visited various tourism businesses under the Group, including the innovative multimodal connectivity network by TurboJET, gaining behind-the-scenes insights into Macau Tower’s diverse MICE and tourist attraction facilities, and learning about hotel operations at Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau and Artyzen Habitat Hengqin Zhuhai.
This study tour not only provided students with valuable industry knowledge and immersive learning experiences, but also exemplified the Group’s commitment to nurturing future leaders and fostering holistic development of young people. The Group will continue to uphold its “Tourism+” growth strategy” and give back to the community, through inspiring and equipping young minds to excel in the industry and shape the future of the GBA.
