NEW BUND 31 is Shanghai’s first mixed-use development project comprising a performing arts center, retail space, office tower, and a luxury hotel managed by Artyzen Hospitality Group. A joint venture between the Group and Shanghai Lujiazui (Group) Company Limited, the mixed-use development will flourish in parallel with the city’s rise as a premier global city through its active contributions towards Pudong New Area’s performing arts scene and the creation of a “Shanghai-based Cultural Brand”.

The award-winning Macau Tower Convention & Entertainment Centre, managed by the Group, is a major MICE venue and tourist destination in Macau. Apart from MICE business, it offers eclectic dining choices, the best observation spot in town, shopping attractions, as well as the world’s highest commercial Bungy Jump.

The Group formed a consortium with a company under the AJ Hackett International group and successfully won the development and operation rights for the “Adventure Zone” at Ocean Park Hong Kong.
